DO NOT KNOW THIS COMPANY
DO NOT KNOW THIS COMPANY and they appeared obn my credit report saying i owe R1200 but the nicest part is i noticed this company on my credit report for few month wondering who they are but i left it as it showed paid ... about a month ago i checked my credit report and BOOM in arrears when i checked this account shows i took a loan in SEPT 2024 a year later and now this shows in arrears and the more i try to get the burea to give me info on who this company is so that i can contact them the burea is just no help at all ... so if everyone review that i have read so far has the same issue clearly something needs to be done

WRONGFULL CREDIT LISTING ( FOCHONG GENERAL TRADERS)
I DO NOT KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE BUT THEY HAVE LISTED THEMSELVES ON MY CREDIT PROFILE AND I CAN'T FIND THEM AND THE CREDIT BUREAU ARE NOT ASSISTING IN HELPING ME FIND THEM SO THEY CAN PROVIDE PROOF THAT I OWE THEM.

I have never dealt with this company, I have never heard of them until they showed up on my credit record with a balance of R1300 owed to them. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALTH WITH THIS COMPANY. I know I don't owe them anything and have never in my life dealt with them. How can I resolve this?

Fochong General Dealers - Cash Balance
Was a tad confused at first because I did not deal with this company when I saw this on my credit report however, I soon learnt that this was a company called Cash Balance with whom I did deal with. Cash balance was ready to assist me when I needed it most. I have no issues with them.

Incorrect information on credit file
I have managed to trace this company to a loan place called Cash Balance. I took a payday loan in 2022, this was paid the very same month I got it. They are reflecting as Fochong General Traders on my credit file since 2023 saying I owe them R731. I have emailed, called and sent whatsapps with no response, all the details from their website. HOW do I get them off my credit file???????
