Poor after-sales service and even worse communication

That I have chosen to write this review shows just how tired I am of chasing Nathan from Folding Door Systems.

Don't get me wrong Nathan and his wife are wonderful people but very poor communicators and once you have paid don't expect good follow-up service. What was promised to be a 2-week job in April is still incomplete 5 months later. Essential waterproofing and troubleshooting has not been completed and Nathan has stopped answering messages or taking calls.

I would definitely warn anybody who chooses to use them to not pay the outstanding amounts until your job is done. My work was delayed several times while they prioritized other jobs but were very quick to send an invoice. You will chase them relentlessly and be ignored.

I like to support independent businesses, especially now, but these guys have pushed me too far. It is people like these that give small businesses a bad name. I do not recommend them.
