I ordered sneakers on the 26 November 2024 ,, made a payment same day ,,they responded after a week telling me they have a problem with their banking account ,, I asked them why would they let plp deposit into an account that has issues,,, untill now,, no sneakers no refund , nothing ,, m so angry en m opening a case

Terrible Experience - Still Haven't Received My Order I placed an order with Footcation back in September, and it's now November, and I still haven't received anything. I've tried reaching out multiple times for an update, but there’s been zero communication from their customer service. No tracking info, no responses to my emails, and no acknowledgment of my order at all. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I’ll never order from them again and would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Definitely a waste of time and money!

The most pathetic service you could ever receive.Their customer service is non-existent and its mind blowing. I ordered a pair of sneakers on the 17th of September even today i havnt received them.They dont even respond to texts,these are ****mers.Please dont order from Footcation.That 2-5 days of delivery is not true and they cannot even refund you.

Hell what a **** online store, I purchased sambas for R1500 on their website on the 17th of September 2024 .. Guess what never received the shoes, never got my money back.. They stopped responding on WhatsApp.. Don’t fall victim please.. I wish we can report their accounts coz they just ****ming people of their money..😡
