Horrible Service

Ordered 6 pallets of bricks and 20 bags of cement from this guys like a month ago, every day I will asked the admin Johan on why is the order not being fulfilled everyday he will give me an excuse (he's in a meeting, he lost his phone, the order will be delivered tomorrow, excuses after excuses). I even asked for a refund but he ignores my messages and doesn't take my phone calls. Horrible service, I still don't have ther order or the service. I am now seeking legal ways to deal with the matter.
