Towed my car to the dealer, it was drivable but had oil pressure light. Car was diagnosed & a quote was sent which I approved and told them fix the problem. When they finished with the car, they then called me to say they were test driving & found that the Turbo is also faulty & more money is needed. They couldn’t see the problem with the turbo coz they didn’t start the car. The Car was drivable for Gods sake. It makes no sense that they didn’t detect the problem from when the technicians were stripping the car. Paying for a misdiagnosis is INSANE!!

I bought a car from Ford Bruma and they misplaced my service book and owners manual which they promised to replace. Unfortunately they closed down . They referred me to Alberto Ford who refused to do the replacement. My car is due for service and I don’t know what to do.

Bought a vehicle from Ford Alberton, 2 months later the battery was dead. 7 months later the engine is overheating. The vehicle is still under warranty and they could not even offer a courtesy vehicle. No one seems to care. Bad service ! Do not trust their cars !!!

I had a horrible experience with the cashier by the Parts department at Ford Alberton on 2 different occasions. His name is Sipho if I'm not mistaken. I went to pay for a car part after Mooldy gave me great customer service and I had to wait for about 5min to pay because the cashier was not at the pay station and no one knew where he was. The 2nd instance was when I went to return the same car part yesterday and after he refunded my money back into my bank card he had no idea when the amount would reflect in my account when I asked him and he was also very rude about the whole situation, treated me like I was not a Ford customer. I was very unhappy with his service.

I bought my Ford Figo 2017... It came with all the warranty and service plans... Great! They expired and I took on the extended Ford service plan for which I was paying R205... When my car went in last year I made enquiries into the remaining terms and was assured that all was well... Thought nothing of it since for service was still debiting to date... I called in to try to book my car for service only to told that the service has expired... I was told I cannot be refunded either... I wanted to renew the service plan and told it was delined... I feel like I have been hitting dead ends with this company and I want my money back of they are not servicing my car.... TX

I sent my car for a service, I called at 3:30 to find out how far they are, they advises me they had not started at 4:45 when I got there all of a sudden they done. About a month or so later my car over heated we check the water bottle was empty the cap was not on properly and there was no O-ring on the cap, when I advised them they said I must have doen something, then this Monday passed I got an warning light saying oil change needed. I again contacted them they came and said just needs a reset regarding the water they said it's leaking near thermostat, which they should have picked up. I now must check water every day as I am using so much water, I am just not getting the proper help for something I paid for.

I bought a VW 2021 TSI October last year Sales Person was Thabang Ramohlokoane whom i would say de*****ed me and hidden so much information from me as i received the car on that day he mentions that the car has no spare key from day 1 he promised to fix the issue to this day nothing has been done one Tyre was not road worthy to my surprise the car passed the road worthy, that was fixed after a month while waiting for the key i discovered the was involved in an accident and the front bumper was redone that also was not brought into my attention. i also made him aware of that one day i was checking water only to find out that the windscreen washer bottle when pouring water would come out even the pump is not working not making any sound this is a 2021 model i went for that because i was tired of old cars only to find out that a big Brand FORD will rob me daylight to this day i drive a car with no Spare key. they care about sales only
