I BOUGHT A DEMO CAR FROM THIS , PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE VEHICLE ISSUES , WHICH I WAS PROMISED THAT THE ISSUES WILL BE RECTIFIED PRIOR TO THE VEHICLE BEING TAKEN BY MYSELF.THE SEATS,ROOF,PEDALS WERE EMBEDED WITH DIRTY AND MARKS.,SCRATCHES ON THE VEHICLE,ENGINE NOT CLEANED,CAR NOT POLICHED, THE WINDOWS WERE FULL OF SCRATCHES AND DIDNT HAVE THE APPESRENCE OF A NEW CAR,THE SPARE WHEEL WAS AN OLD DIRTY WHEEL THAT WAS ON THE VEHICLE , IF I DIDNT CHECK THIS EITHER I WAOULD HAVE BEEN ****MED.THE CAR WAS SENTO TO THEIR LOCAL CAR BAY WASH FOR SERVICES AND SMEARED IN ESSENTIAL OILS TO CAMOFLAUGE THEIR DEFECTS AND FAULTS, WITH NTO EVEN THE TYRES,MAGE AND DRUMS INSIDE THE WHEELS BEING CLEANED. TO MY DISPAIR I AM PURCHASING A DEMO VEHICLE FROM THEM AND HANDED TO CLIENT IN THIS CONDITION..I WAS THEN PROMISED I COULD TAKE THE CAR TO A VALET OF MAY CHOICE OF WHICH THEY REFUSED AFTERWARDS TO PAY FOR THE BILL.I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO HAND THE CAR BACK TO THEM ONCE AGAIN WHICH I WAS MADE EMPTY PROMISES OF A VALET AND ONCE AGAIN SAME EXPERIRENCE ESSESNTIAL OILS SMEARED ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF VEHICLE , WHICH WHEN YOU DRIVE THE VEHILE GETS ALL OVER YOUR HANDS AND THEN ENDS UP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE , ON DOOR HANDLES OR WHERE THE VEHICLE IS TOUCH BY THE DRIVERS OR PASSENGERS.THE CARS BRAKES ARE SQUEAKING,THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOWS,SIDE MIRRORS AND GRILL,BUMPERS AND TYRES,WHEEL DRUMS AND MAGS ARE STILL COVERED IN FILTH AND DIRT.THE TYRE ON THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE WAS REPALCED FROM A PIRELLI TO A NO NAME BRANCH , AS THEY SWOPPED THE TRYE ON MY SPARE WHEEL TO ACCOMDATE MY COMPLAINT.I WAS NOT COMPENSATED FOR FUEL COSTS FROM JHB SOUTH TO PTA AND BACK DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE TO DATE.THE SPARE WHEEL COVER HAS ALSO BEEN EMBEDDED WITH SCRATHCES. I HAVE CALLED HEAD OFFICE SEVERALLY , WHO HAVE RELAYED MY COMPLAINT AND GUESS WHAT NO FEEDBACK TO DATE.I HAVE ALSO LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR THE DEALER PRINCIPLE AND NOT HAD A RESPONSE TO DATE EITHER.I AM SHOCKED,APPALLED AND DISGUSTED AT WHAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND DELIVERY HAS COME TO. I WISH YOU WOULD TAKE YOUR CAR BACK AND REFUNDS ME, AS I PREFER NOT TO DEAL WITH A BUSINESS THAT CONDUCTS THEIR PUCHASES IN SUCH A INVALUABEL,DISLOYAL AND INTRANSPARENT WAY.I AM COMPALINGIN AS TO DATE THIS MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.I AM COMPLETELY DISSATIFIED WITH YOUR BUSINESS SENSE,CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND DISHONESTY WRT KEEPING UP WITH THE SERVICE BRAND OR ITS VALUES.

I had a staff member take his vehicle for not starting, these ****** quoted R99000 total wanting to put a complete service exchange engine .He took his car away to a private mechanic and it turned out to be a faulty immobiliser. This seems to be the norm with this dealer.Becareful when using these guys as they think nothing of thumb sucking and quoting to benefit their bank balances.

On the 11th of June 2021 I took my vehicle for its 140 000 km service. A few hours later, I receive a phone call telling me the quote is R58216.52 they listed items that needed work. I then told BB Menlyn that I accepted the quote later I was told that radiator need replacement and other part as well and the new quote was R72 000 I then accepted it. After a week of working on my bakkie I received a call saying the bakkie passed a test everything is fixed and I can come collect it. A day later, I realized that they did not put a cover on the replaced radiator, reverse lights are not working. Most of the parts they replaced are not working. Today I took it to Ford Polokwane and I’m quoted over 13000 to check what is wrong with my Bakkie.
