I would like to ask for a more senior persons number, someone like the owner of the paarl branch or anyone more capable than the paarl branch management. I have had only bad service and lies told to me since buying my bakkie a month ago. Not even the principle dealer manager is worth going to. I was pushed to the point of driving to see the service manager in person about my bakkie and the lack of feedback and urgency of getting it fixed and was greeted with a arrogant attitude and big smile on his face. If Ford really values their customers, please help with an email address or number that will help?

Your client service over the phone is pathetic. When you phone, you have the option of 'for the service dept, please press 1...'. You might just as well get rid of that, because for the 15 times I phoned you over the past 2 weeks, I have NOT ONCE been transferred to the service dept after selecting it from the menu. And I have put the phone down out of frustration. Now I've made a booking for 16 July for parts replacement, only to receive an sms stating that it will be on 22 July. And when I phoned to enquire, guess what? The lady who answered dropped the call. I phoned back, got through to someone else who said the service dept will get back to me, but didn't even ask for my contact no. I asked if she needs it, to which she rep**** yes, but by then I was fuming and decided to vent on hellopeter.

Terrible service with priority given on basis of skin colour. Whilst viewing the car at a scheduled appointment, got asked to go to the waiting room for coffee even before the test test drive. Trusting the dealer we obliged. A white family arrived 30 minutes after us was given priority for viewing and a test drive. Waited 30 minutes to find out later that they decided to buy it. Long drive back to City where I will keep my business. In the future.

Good day, I phoned Novel Ford Paarl last week to book in my car to look at something they have fixed, but the car is doing the same thing that they apparently fixed. I told the lady, Desiree that I want to book it in as the last time they had my car for a week. I cannot afford to be without a car for long. She confirmed that they will work on the car the same day if I make a booking. So, the car was taken in on Monday, and we are still without a car. If I phone, they just say they are still busy. I have phoned 2 times already today, without someone to assist me. The people are busy all the time, and I leave a message to call me. I have been waiting for 2 hours now for someone to call me. They seem to have no consideration for the customer. They phoned on Monday, to ask if they can repair the windscreen which has got nothing to do as to why the car is there, but for what is really the problem, they cannot get back to us. This is a disgrace, and it is not our 1st encounter with them. For the last time the same thing happens.

Would not recommend Novel Ford Stellenbosch, bought an expensive vehicle from them and they made promises of items that came with the vehicle, it's been over 3 months and I'm still fighting with them to get what was promised. Very ************* and *********.

Can a customer service agent call me back. Called many times to the Paarl Branch to book in my car for a service. Left message with receptionist. Called 4 times...holding on. Phone dropped in my ear twice. The second time because I asked for a name. Jennalee. You should really know how to deal with customers calling in. You wasted my time and airtime. You do not even call back after leaving a messages and then you drop the phone in my ear just because i asked your name.

“I am 74 years old, have been driving Ford for the last 30 plus years. All my Ford’s has been serviced by Novel. Most of them I also bought at Novel Ford Stellenbosch or Paarl. Please bear with me while I explain my problem. For the first time something happened that I never experienced before. I took my bakkie in for a service at Paarl Novel Ford, mileage 106 000 km. Two days later when I switched on the radio for the first time after the service nothing happens. I took my vehicle back to Paarl Novel Ford and was told that if I take off the neutral pole from the battery and leave it off for a hour, then put back the battery connection, it usually rectify itself. If not, I need to bring in the vehicle and a software update will be done. The first step did not work. I then booked my vehicle for a software update and took it in on 18 September. At the end of the day, I was told that I must replace the whole unit for an amount of R 64 578. I was later told that I only need to replace the central Proce unit (APIM) for R26 974 plus some. My problem is as follows: I brought my vehicle in for a service, photos were taken of the vehicle all around to make sure that Novel Paarl is not liable for existing damage to the vehicle, but nothing inside was checked that I know off. When I got my vehicle back the radio was “broken” and did not work. Although I was given the assurance that the radio was not touched during the service, I do not think that I should be liable for replacing the radio that was working before I took the vehicle in for a service at Novel Ford, and is now not working after the service. My problem is: I took my vehicle in for a service with a radio that was in perfect working condition. Some sort of electronic diagnostic device might have been connected to the vehicle - I do not know. According to the garage the fact that my radio just stop working is a Ford problem and not their problem.
