How do I get Danie Roets from Fortex Hardware to do the honest and decent thing, and repay me.

This is the second time I'm reviewing Danie Roet's business. After the previous poor review I managed to get hold of Danie ( I had to use a number unfamiliar to him because he refuses to answer). He was angry about the review and told me to refute it. He said he would pay me back the money he owed me, I must just send him my banking details. This I did 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting. In the interim I discovered that he has opened a new business, Fortex Hardware. I sent a message on his new website since it is impossible to contact him. He still ignored me, blocking me on Facebook. I paid him for R10 530 worth of security equipment in February. He point blank refuses to come and install it and now he point blank refuses to repay me. This is blatant theft. I have pleaded on numerous occasions to do the honest and just thing in this situation, but to no avail. This review is my only option to get some response from him as I need the money to complete my security upgrade.
