Awful editing skills

Photos were taken on the 26/06, I was promised that it would take 2 weeks for the edited photos to be sent though - 10/07 I heard nothing. 16/07. which was week 3 I messaged and was told I would get the edited photos the next day. What I received, makes me wonder if they run a professional business - the photos were a joke - the editing was a disgrace, I am not photographer but i could see what was wrong with this. Its a ******* - I demanded my money back but the manager Vanessa assured me to give them a chance - yet no priority - I was Told I have to wait a week. That will be 5 weeks now. I hold my breath as I wait.
