If you ever need a mechanic do NOT take your vehicle to these people. They work on your vehicle not knowing what is really wrong, advise you that they have sent your parts to be engineered and serviced.... which is not the case as they cause more damage to your vehicle. Our vehicle didn't start after replacing the glow plugs. These people came out and advised that they will need to tow the car to their workshop after doing a diagnostic test, which didn't pick up any issues. A couple of days later we were advised that the engine had sand in and that they would need to redo the engine, then later the Turbo was completely rotten. They quoted us and we agreed for them to proceed. Six months down the line we have the car back... Well, the car is leaking oil, it sounds like a tractor. We have been requesting them to send us the proof that the engine block was re-engineered and that the turbo was serviced, only to be told that we are not entitled to these. We went to get a second opinion and was told that there is turbo damage and the engine is blown. So 6 months and R60 000.00 down the line we have a vehicle that we cannot use. Please be aware of these ****mers. They also advertise on their Facebook page to be RMI approved, which they are not, as confirmed with RMI
