Dismissed and Not Paid

I had been working for this Company for 4 years. Started my own business before i resigned, the company got me arrested first. Came out of the police cells was charged for gross dishonesty after about 2 weeks from release, went for a hearing and was dismissed on the 17 of November 2015. No payment was received until to date. I have tried everything possible but am failing. I took the matter to CCMA they withdrew the case and referred it to the department of labor because it is about salaries. I went to the labor department and they tried to call my ex Boss but they said he was not available that is difficult to believe. Until today i have not received my salary for November, Leave Pay and Annual Bonus. it is so painful that you work doing your best, get dismissed and your name tarnished to the clients, and of all you don't get paid for your hard work. Just wish the world can see what LSC/Foundation is like, they tarnishing the name of Imperial that i hope they are better when it comes to what they preach about taking care of staff and the BEE status.
