About 1 month ago my bike went in for a service and I enquired about a faulty fuel gauge sensor. Even though I had bought the bike in Cape Town they were very accommodating and assisted with a warrantee claim. Philip persisted and after a month the warrantee claim was approved and they called to make arrangements. My wife dropped her bike off and a loan bike was arranged. The part was fitted and the bike was back on the road on schedule.

They are very helpful, keep you informed, give you good advice and understand the importance of having your bike up and running, especially when its my wife’s only means to commute. Thanks again Triumph Fourways for excellent service and understanding that the bike service is time sensitive.

Philip and Kerry are stars!

I bought a SYM scooter from these guys in the mid of February 2015. it was a demo model, but had about 300 kms on the clock, so I paid 45 000 for it. and the price of a brand new on is 50 000.
Ever since I bought it, every month it has had to go into the shop. March, the valve on the tyre broke off ( who knows how since I only ride on the highways). April, my bike will not start, and they took it and said that a wire was cut, (HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN TO AN ALMOST NEW BIKE??) And now in May, all the lights were coming on, and yet it wont start. So, my advise to all who are considering purchasing anything from these guys..DONT!!! NOT worth the hassle. They obviously sell damaged goods.
