Fragrance Co. a Shopify nightmare
I bought 4 x fragrances from this "company" on the 16 December 2024. To date they have not delivered the products. In the first week I contacted them and they promised the delivery is on the way. After several consequent requests as to the progress of my delivery and empty promises via Whatsapp, the communication from their side just stopped. I am now being ignored completely and have come to the realization that these are definitely ****mers. It is supposedly a Shopify store, but even Shopify does not show it as a registered store with them. Please be warned and do NOT deal with these ********s. If they read this review, know that the law is coming for you. I will NOT relent. Their website: https://www.fragrancecompany.shop/?accountnumber=8498576425261&country=ZA. I also do not think their email address is valid, but that is all I have except for the following cell number: 067 990 6422 which is also not being answered.

Ordered a perfume on the 16th of December 2024. It is now the 15 of January 2025. No responses to emails or WhatsApp. Very poor service. Stay away for your own peace of mind. Now they won't process my refunds. Fragrance Co on all social media. Should have seen that they are a **** by the Gmail account Fragrance Co fragrancecosouthafrica@gmail.com
