I’ve been a loyal client at Franco Sandton City for nearly a decade now, and I felt it was time to share my experience. Let's face it, most people tend to write reviews only when they’re unhappy, but I’ve had such a consistently positive experience that I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team here.

From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted by name and made to feel comfortable, something I truly appreciate as a regular client. The team goes out of their way to ensure I’m well taken care of, and often they go that extra mile with a little something special. I frequent the blow wave bar and rotate between stylists, and while I have a couple of favourites, I honestly think they all do a fantastic job. I always leave the salon with my hair looking neat, stylish, and ready to tackle the day.

Before finding Franco Sandton City, I had my share of bad experiences at other salons, which led me to give them a try. While I know that not everyone may have the same experience, I can confidently say that my mornings there have been nothing short of great. After almost ten years, I can say they’re doing something right, and I look forward to many more years of enjoying my visits and their excellent service. Highly recommended!
