Highlights not what I asked for

Good afternoon

My name is Lorrain Nel. I came to Jhb for 4 days for some rest and pampering. I live and work in the DRC -Congo and have a very stressful job and life. I made an appointment at your salon for today at 9 am On arrival I told the hairdresser I want a full set of highlights and specifically told her I want it to be blonde. It had to match the same blonde color of the ends of my hair, She assured me all is ok and gave me a quote that I accepted. She also said that she will add a product after the wash to enhance the natural color. After the process was done I noticed immediately that the color was not the blonde I asked for and told her I am not happy. She said it would look better when dry and she dried some of the hair. It did not look better… I was not happy at all. She then put in new foils and assured me the color would be ok. After the wash, the color was yellow and they put on more products to fix it. It was still not what I wanted and asked for. The color is ok but not near what I wanted and it did not match my own color I told her it was fine as I did not want her to use more product and end up damaging my hair. People who know me will clearly notice that my hair is totally different and it is a kind of blonde shade. I paid R6000 for this which is crazy expensive in the first place especially when you do not get what you asked for….. I was going to buy extra products but decided against it. The least the management should have done was to offer a free product or treatment for this mistake. You should also tell your hairdressers to listen to the client and not just do their own thing and do what they think is ok. I have been doing highlights for 40 years and have had the same hair color for all this time and today your hairdresser changed that, and I am not happy or impressed. I spent 4 hours in your salon with a result I did not ask for…
