In short, this company arrived at the property and got straight to work. As they proceeded, they were open to all my suggestions, gave no push-back and even did extra work without complaining. Cleaned up the project site and left everything in tip top condition. In the end, they made sure I was completely happy with their work before even hinting at payment.
