Freelance Irrigation, not recommend

After hiring Nimrod, who is the only member of freelance irrigation, a month later, my irrigation system is still not working, promised me a refund, but needless to say that hasn’t happened, I would not recommend Nimrod or freelance irrigation. He promised a 5 year guarantee, which I’m obviously not getting since he’s ignoring my calls and messages. Pipes and wires buried less than 10cm deep now all exposed after the rain, not that it matters as it doesn’t work anyway. Spent almost 30k for a system that doesn’t work.
