Bad management
Very bad management and unfair treatment from them not to mention koos the hr manager. They fired me for no valid reason

Bad company bad services
Please know that working for this company is not a ship that's sailing smoothly there will be people that gossip alot and management do not know construction u not treated fairly there's alot biased people at that company even if you worked 10 years there's no thanks ,there's no BONUSES ,THERES NO BREAK OFF PARTY NOTHING ALL U DO ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS PARCEL WILL BE DAMAGED AND THAN IT DONT GET SORTED OUT ATTITUDE IS JUST THE REASON SO CUSTOMERS WHEN USING FREIGHTMORE PLEASE BECAREFUL AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES.

Bad company bad services
Please know that working for this company is not a ship that's sailing smoothly there will be people that gossip alot and management do not know construction u not treated fairly there's alot biased people at that company even if you worked 10 years there's no thanks ,there's no BONUSES ,THERES NO BREAK OFF PARTY NOTHING ALL U DO ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS PARCEL WILL BE DAMAGED AND THAN IT DONT GET SORTED OUT ATTITUDE IS JUST THE REASON SO CUSTOMERS WHEN USING FREIGHTMORE PLEASE BECAREFUL AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES.

Freightmore transport quick delivery
I am very happy with there service, I had 4 50kg fragile parcels that had to be shipped from JHB to Western Cape out bounding area. The parcels were in 2 days in cape town. At that moment spoke to one of there representatives to make sure they can deliver to my area as where I stay only sertain couriers deliver in. The rep told me they can't deliver to my area as they do not cover it so he said he will organize with another courier that does my area to get the parcels to me. Within 2 days after that the parcels were delivered with no damage. I am someone that work with alot of courier companies with my work and had alot of the time having to keep on phoning them as the have excuses why they can't deliver my parcels in the specified time or the parcels gets delivered to wrong address. My experience with freightmore was so far the easiest transport of big parcels from JHB to my area I wish more courier companies could take pride in the courier services like them today.

Freightmore Cape Town
I booked a collection from CT to Lepalele. Good were transported by Freightmore and goods were damaged on delivery It was obvious that the goods were damaged in transit from the relevant photos sent by my client.Freightmore refuses to take any responsibilty for the damaged item. Dont deal with freightmore.

Freightmore not completing NBCRFLI form
My brother passed away. NBCRFLI contacted us with regards to unclaimed benefits. They provided a form which needs to completed by Freighmore. I have emailed the form three times and followed up by telephone several times without success.

Unprofessional FREIGHTMORE employess
The staff and management is very unprofessional they dont uave respect for me who is a cleint spoke to one of your directors she was unprofessional and arrogant i would recommend and o e to use tjere service. Wanted to lay a complaint to the HR department but those sound like the idiot who is in charge of the department knows what his doing

Freightmore left me with R29 000 damages
I used Freightmore as a courier to send furniture to Polokwane. Firstly i was not informed that a 3rd party would transport the goods. When we arrived the boxes were damaged leaving all corners of the furniture damaged. We placed this side up stickers but most the boxes were upside down. It looked like it was dragged on the road to polokwane. I sent pictures to the sales manager just to be told they have statements from their staff that they handled it with care. Which means nothing to me. We took pictures of all the damages and they still refuse to sort it out. Do not ever use this company!!! They damage the packages and do not take responsibility for it. This is s disgrace of a company with no business ethics.
