Above and beyond!

<p>I brought my Peugeot convertible to the French Care Centre when the roof mechanism wasn't working properly.  Warren went out of his way to show me/us the results of the diagnostic test he ran and did a very thorough job in determining the problem and working with me/us on a solution,  They even managed to fit in the work before the end of the year, even though they were already quite busy with other jobs.  Mathilda kept me informed at all times and was very accommodating about dropping off and fetching the car when it was most convenient for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm always a bit nervous about car repairs as I am not a mechanic and could easily be taken advantage of, but Warren (and Gerard) were very honest and the entire process was less expensive than I thought it would be (far less than what the Peugeot dealership quoted).  I would definitely recommend then to anyone looking for knowledgeable, s****ed, hard working, honest team who go above and beyond what a new customer could expect in terms of service and satisfaction.  </p>
