French Car Center Faulty Parts

Good day,

Booked in my car for overheating at French Car center. After I gave two approvals to fix, was told my car was ready for collection.

Only to find out after there's another issue with my car? At this point i've paid for parts and labour and my car is still overheating.

In one of the messages I got from the owner was that I paid for faulty parts?

They are meant to be specialist,in my last experience, highly doubt it .
