Extremely unreliable and irresponsible
39 Clarendon Rd, Gants Plaza, Cape Town, 7140. Lack of competence and Very Very unreliable! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!Rating -200 I bought a gearbox for my Reault and they fit the gearbox in my car. The gwarbox wasn't for that specific Renault ( fault of the seller) but French car Strand DID NOT inform me. They added an additional part to gear box without informing me. Since then car every day had a problem with gearbox related parts such as drive shaft and eventually a new gearbox failed! Only because French car Strand DID NOT bother to give me a call and tell me this gearbox is not fit for our car. I could easily return the gearbox to the gearbox seller and replace it with the proper gear box fit with my car. So not calling me, not spending 5 Zar airtime and lack of responsibility cost me 30000 zar money.
