Sour chicken,and no response from fresh house.

Sour chicken legs!! It looked great when I bought it but when I opened it,it was extremely sour l. I sent fresh house a message with absolutely no response,not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I saw they read it,so that's very unprofessional! Not coming to you again after this attitude towards a unhappy customer.
