The worst service possible

<p>I placed an order for a huge amount of furniture from Freshworks Furniture Traders as well as cladding 2 bathrooms in timber and doing an entire kitchen in a cottage. What a nightmare it turned out to be! Sias is the biggest liar and just does not answer calls, whatsapps, facebook messages or smses. I order a patio set that was supposed to be delivered in November 2016. I made it clear to Sias that I needed the set for an important film shoot in Nov. My deposit was paid in August or September. I only received the items on 17 January without the cushions and missing the ottoman. The patio set also has cracks and scratches  and green paint on the wooden frames. Sias just does not reply to any of my calls or messages. Eventually on 15 Feb he informed me that the cushions had not been made yet. He then sent me my fabric but I am still waiting for the ottoman. It is now 20 Feb. The snag list for the other items and the kitchen and cladding still has to be sorted out. He promised to be here on Friday but never showed up and I'm still waiting. Substandard work and atrocias service!! DO NOT USE Sias for anything. And if you do, do NOT pay for anything until all has been done!!! You will NOT get your money back!</p>
