I bought the Frimax snappers chips for my kids and found a steel ***** nut inside one of the packets ,one other packet had hair mixed in a chip.

Bought a bag of Frimax snappers and it taste old and like metal(grass) disappointed as this is my sons school chips as part of his lunch box!!! Very disappointed!!!! This is not the first time I came across this problem with frimac!!!

Just want everyone to be aware this afternoon my daughter found metal piece in frimax thunder pop corn white cheddar flavoured this not acceptable as I have grandkids 4 and 5 years old tried contacting them no answer

I worked at frimax Port elizabeth as a truck driver I decided to leave the job because as a driver everytime I am asked to do deliveries when ever we get to a customer the load is short. The manager is the one loading the trucks and when ever you contact him to ask where is the short stock he would send you a picture of an invoice that showed he loaded the stock. I was suppose to get paid for the hours and days I worked and slept out in a truck Friday everyone got paid except me I have things to pay and I can't get to it because I was waiting on that money it's 7days money and 3sleep outs. Frimax don't have a cloking system so the workers can't see there hours that they have worked there hours is given to head office by a manager that can't even load a truck correctly from an invoice that's infront of him employees hours are short every fouth night and there is no way of disputing it because there is no system in place to keep record that's how clever they are. You work two days away from hom where you have to sleep in a truck away from family and yet when you must get paid your pay is always incorrect. I was in a accident some months ago the front left tyre burst because they had retread tyre's on wich is a very dangerous thing and I believe probably ******* in south Africa. After I reported the accident they wanted to put the blame on me and the manager asked me to lie in the police report to say that I the driver removed the tyre infront and replaced it with a retreated tyre so that the insurance must pay out because it will not pay out if it finds out that the company was negligent by have a retreat tyre on the best thing about it all was the manager was told about the tyre before hand and he choose to ignore the warnings. I hope someone can help me to get my money the company owes me and ther the people of shoprite, makro, pick and pay and all the customers that deals with frimax reads this and see the fact that they dealing with this company they are also contributing to unfair treatment of workers. The driver that worked before me there in whose place I was working stole from the company and yet he received his pay , but for me it's a complete different story. Hope this company gets investgated for mistreat of employees and under paying employees.

I was working at frimax Port elizabeth as a driver. I had an accident with the company truck, and the front left tire burst because there was a retreat Tire on in front. A few days before the accident there was a team from durdan down in Port elizabeth and the macanic saw the retread type and ask the manager about it and he did nothing I could have lost my life , but I don't think that meant anything to them. We waited at the accident seen for over 5 hours for a tow truck because the company was looking for the cheapest option the manager of the port elizabeth branch asked me to lie and say I put the retreat tire on so that the insurance would pay out I did not do it I left the company for 3 weeks came back as a driver. I was paid the first two weeks yesterday I was suppose to get paid I never received my pay I am still waiting . I don't know what to do I have school to pay and things to do the managers phone is now off people don't ever apply for work at this company or even support there business they don't care about there aployees. You are only good enough if you can do for them but they can't even pay you what is yours when you put in the time. I was good enough when the manager would send me to airport with company truck to pick up his wife and drop her at the office she is not even employed by the company hope the boss reads this please share with him

Good Day, Trust you are well. Please see below, in my expressed opinion, the experience I've had with your product. I would like to bring to your notice that we are deeply disappointed with 2x 150g of your products that we purchased (Barbeque flavored Snappers). We generally enjoy them, however of recent we noticed on 2 separate occasions, the decline in quality of the above mentioned product. The chips are not fresh, not as crunchy, because it's stale and the flavor seems sour to the taste buds. I must be honest, this wasn't a very pleasant experience and seeing that this was our 2nd experience, I felt the need to bring this to your attention so as to avoid a recurrence. We are not satisfied at all with this product & despite the date printed on the packets, it tastes as if these chips are old and expired. As a consumer, I feel that our money is being wasted as we did not have just one isolated incident. Please may I ask that you implement measures in improving the quality and longevity of your products.

There's sand in this chips . I've eaten about 3 bags which all contained sand . I usually opt for simba and lays but recently I found 2 flavours from frimax that I really like. Its such a pity that the quality is this bad
