This store is by far the best with their brands and prices. It is like a store where everything is on promotion. Prices like 2 x 1KG lancewood yoghurts for R45. 18 rolls 2 ply toilet paper R65 and much more. I would go out of my way if the place was far as the one trip I make to Frontline is worth my pocket for the month. Thank you and their meat is of high quality at great prices.

I have bought 6 x boxes off Active care pull up nappies from the Edenvale branch, unfortunately 2 off my customers died and only need large not medium. I asked on whatsapp if I could exchange 2 boxes and pay extra and they said yes I must have a slip (which I found) last week the 25th of August 2022 I took two boxes back. The one staff member said yes leave it at the front desk and I had to go and get the rite size. Which the staff in that department was on lunch and I had to pull a very big ladder to the right place only to dind different sizes but no Large. So I went back and asked if they can let me know when they have stock. I was ask to remind them which I did today. They said they don't have atock yet so I ask if they can assist in refunding some so that I can get the right size for my poor old client that really needs the large size. Just to get a phone call asking what is my problem. They can exchange but not refund. So I explained again. So that the manager Emtieeus could understand my problem. But he started getting upset and rude just saying that he is not willing to even exchange them if the do get stock. Because it has been 2 months. Who uses 6 boxes off 8 packets off 10 nappies in less then 2 months? And deal with the 2 funerals so that we can exchange 2 closed boxes of nappies (16 packets) soon enough. Because they don't want to assist old people not to embarrass them selves in wetting themselfs. Very SAD AND BAD SERVICE

Today I received a bad treatment due network as if it was my fault. I went to frontline hammaskraal to do my shopping wen got to the till I swiped my card then got a notification that money went out but they couldn't print the receipt because they said it's network. And when I asked them what's the way forward they said I need to pay with cash in order fore to get those things I bought, then when the money reflect on their they will refund. Like honestly speaking they didn't even want t you to hear me out the supervisor Cate told me the is nothing she can do I just need to pay with cash or come back the next day or wen they reverse my money??

I was happy with their quick dilivery process until I was refused a refund for wrong goods dilivered due to their own mistake. I was told to go to the shop, while payment was even on a debit card. I gave them an option to bring the correct goods and take the wrong ones but they still want me to physically go to the shop. I really believe that this is unfair

Since they opened in Laudium I have only had a good experience with them. They constantly check with customers if they are happy and ask how they can improve the shopping experience. They take the time to listen to their customers needs no matter how crowded they get. They are willing to assist even an individual person when someone is in need of help. The best thing about this groceries shop is how good their prices are. This has been such a blessing to so many people in the community and surrounding areas. Even people from far come to shop here. Everyone is welcome and treated like they matter. #SupportLocal

I went to the Frontline store in Pretoria, Bloed Street on the 03/11/2018 to buy an article which I thought was on special. To my surprise, the article charged a normal price of R30.00 at the till, although they displayed a promotional price of R26,99 on the shelf. When I raised the issue and demanding my refund, I was sent from pillar to post, while the returns supervisor (cashier Karabo-Karabo) was busy complaining as if I was annoying her. I tried to report the matter to management who told me they have nothing to do because the rude returns lady is the only one that can help me with my refund. I was so disappointed and annoyed of the service I received from the store. This needs to be rectified very soon (e.g. put correct shelf pricing and all this will be avoided)
