TERRIBLE SERVICE and Misleading consumer
TERRIBLE SERVICE received from the so called manager, prices on the shelf very different to what we pay at the tills. And when advised the manager turned his head and laughed... What service are they trying to give the public. This is against the consumer act of South Africa. Pathetic and ********* a bunch of ******!!!!!!

Falls advertising
You cheats.... you the specials that you run is a illusion. You advertise a special on your floor and then you charge a higher price. On the Super C drinks & Aquella. Should be R30 for two but my slip shows R19.99 each with no discount.

Too scared to enforce the rule.
There are check-outs devoted to "Pesioners and disabled only" and clearly signposted as such. But the cashiers are too scared to enforce the rule. As for the cashiers, they receive NO training before being unleashed to the general public and therefore have no clue how the systems work.

Expired product
I bought Lancewood yogurt on Saturday the 2nd November 2024... when I got home noticed expired 1st November 2024... why does a big store like front line hyper has expired product's on their shelf ???.. I live far from the store to have gone back to return it.

Don't trust Frontline!
So very disappointed with Frontline Meadowdale, horrible management. When ever they have specials when you get to the till it's a different price almost every time! I live a distance from them and for the past 2 years have always supported them. Today was the last, guys please CHECK YOU'RE TILL SLIPS, THEY CHEAT YOU! DISGUSTING!

Fairly reasonable in pricing
Fairly reasonable in pricing. Purchased fruit on Friday and they appear fresh but go off almost immediately and this is apples I refer to. This is not the first time this has happened but the fresh produce is embarrassing. Will not be making purchases going forward.
