I bought extensions front frontrow hair and received them on the 5th of February, they were beautiful and so soft. I followed all instructions on pamphlet that came with hair also followed each and every tutorial to care for them from Kim on her Facebook as well as her web site. I really wanted to care for them as best I could and didn't want to buy new ones soon. I washed them on the 27th Feb and sent Kim a message telling her that they are very grassy and I am very unhappy, she said I must use Moroccan oil and so I spent hundreds of rands on hair products and nothing helped. I sent her another message on 16 of March that I was not happy, she did not inform me I can return my hair within 30 days if I weren't happy when I sent the message on the 28th of Feb, why tell me this on the 16th when the 30 days has expired. She just had a simple answer it was out of her control and that they are highly consumable products. I tried wearing them on my birthday again and they were so tangled it took me an hour to untangle them, I took photos and will send to anybody who wants to see. Please be sure that you do your research before.This Kim just wants your money and then sends you bad quality.
