Was lightning fast with assisting me when my lines went down. They handled everything very quickly so that I could tend to my patients. The Whatsapp helpline has also been fantastic for any issues.

My wife is a member of a church. The minister who obviously knows less about tech than she thought she did signed up with them for fibre and VoIP. Since my wife got onto the management committee she has been questioning strange charges. These guys are charging over R900 per month for “hardware rental” for a fibre+VoIP setup that has never been completed. They have not ported the Telkom number, resulting in charges from Telkom continuing. It is almost impossible to get detail out of them. They are vague on the phone, don’t call back when they promise to and their web site has no detail of costs, only contact forms if you try to discover detail. The way this is supposed to work: once your Telkom account is paid, you sign a porting mandate and within a few days, the number is switched over. And for R900 per month, you would pay off 2 VoIP handsets within 2–3 months. I don’t know what else this is for, as everyone else who installs fibre either charges an upfront fee for the router or works the cost into the monthly charge for the fibre connection. Stay away.

This company claims to be able to provide efficient, reliable phone lines for your business. We have had endless problems with them and often off-line. This week particularly we have not been able to receive calls all week and it’s already Thursday. All my new business is blocked because of it. As a medical practice we rely on incoming calls.

Worst service ever, I regret ever using them. Instead of assisting my situation they've made it worse and have no interest what so ever. If I do not call them to find out what's going on nothing happens and I'm still left in the dark. I urge you guys stay away from them. This is a company that waits for everything to fall in their lap. Initial person helping was Xolani which hasnt been any help and keeps passing blame to the so called guys at the office. Then gives excuses that he doesn't have airtime to follow up with our order. Moral of the story their service sucks big time.
