Absolutely thrilled with Fujifilm South Africa! Their whole camera range is incredible, especially the Instax series, which adds so much fun and creativity to photography. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover their involvement in graphics and medical machines — what an amazing, innovative company! Fujifilm’s dedication to quality and cutting-edge technology truly sets them apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch imaging solutions and so much more! Five stars all the way!

I bought an X-T10 about six years ago. Suddenly it stopped working and I took it through to the Sandton branch to be fixed. They came back to me and told me it couldn't be fixed. No explanation. Does this mean that the longevity of Fujifilm cameras is 6 years? Unfortunately I have 2 interchangeable lenses which I love, so I would be forced to buy another Fujifilm camera. Based on the experience above I am loathe to do so.

I bought an X-T10 about six years ago. Suddenly it stopped working and I took it through to the Sandton branch to be fixed. They came back to me and told me it couldn't be fixed. No explanation. Does this mean that the longevity of Fujifilm cameras is 6 years? Unfortunately I have 2 interchangeable lenses which I love, so I would be forced to buy another Fujifilm camera. Took in my xt-4 for repairs to my hot shoe, assumed it had been properly tested, the hot shoe was fixed and yet my sensor was shaky (A new, very problematic issue). Took it back in, received it, asked after the issue, got a very vague answer in return. Tested it myself and the issue was still there. It has now gone in for the third time, this time I did receive feedback (Communication during every repair process is non existent until the repair has been completed thus far) was told it was being tested, then received word it would be delivered today, great! Well its 17:00... No camera. I phoned at 14:45 looking for feedback, apparently there was a conference, phoned 2 hours later, Latifah is no longer present. I have given ample opportunities for Fuji South Africa to do a decent job, adore the brand itself but the repairs? ******* Update: I have received my camera, graciously packed with not even a slither of care. Lens on battery in and still the SAME issue, it took me 2 seconds to see. I'm not quite sure what degree of incompetence it takes to repair a camera "test it" and not see a shaky sensor, an issue I didn't even have until a repair on my HOTSHOE was done. Don't buy a Fuji and if you do don't dare repair it at their premises.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Fujifilm South Africa's customer service, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. I've been waiting for more than 2 months for my camera after paying the full amount. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and efficiency displayed by this company. First and foremost, communication from Fujifilm South Africa was non-existent. When I booked my camera in I was informed it will take 7-10 working days. I received no updates or information regarding the status of my camera. Every time I reached out to their customer service department, I was met with vague and unhelpful responses, leaving me in the dark about when I could expect to receive my purchase. It's incredibly frustrating to have to constantly chase a company for basic information about your own order. The lack of accountability from Fujifilm South Africa was shocking. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, a reputable company should have contingency plans in place to minimize customer inconvenience. It felt like they were simply brushing off their responsibility and leaving me, the paying customer, to suffer the consequences. The inefficiency and lack of urgency displayed by Fujifilm South Africa throughout this entire ordeal were beyond frustrating. It's as if they had no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Two months is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a camera. This experience has left me questioning the competence and reliability of Fujifilm South Africa as a company. And I've been a loyal customer for almost 6 years. Overall, my experience with Fujifilm South Africa's customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company unless they are prepared to endure endless delays, excuses, and subpar products. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values its customers and provides the service they deserve.

Absolutely terrible customer service, had to give my camera in twice and both times I had the worst service ever. There is NO communication on what is happening with your camera, how long it's going to take, just nothing. They had my camera for a month and I had to call every single time to find out what's happening, my camera sat there for almost two weeks before they started to look at it. This is not okay for customer service.

Great service from Paul and Hein always but 1 star for Ayanda Radebe gives Fuji service in Gauteng a really bad name - no customer skills, bad service doesn't return customers emails, asks for invoices he already has and his technical skills are nought -my camera arrive back after having the back display replaced at R5k and its all fuzzy -
