I Bought a Atlas neck brace from them and the wire at the back snapped. I took it back to see if it can be replaced or fixed I kindly got told there is nothing we can do!!?? I just spent over R3000.00 for a neck brace and now you tell me there is nothing you can do you oaks are full of BS!

Have a gift card from them and went to use it and found they are closed SHUT DOWN All stock removed from the shop Tried call all branches and nothing So look like they are insolvent . Any ideas on how I can get the money bacl

I have been trying to get hold of all 3 their branches. None of the numbers work which they have on their site. I have also used their email address on the site and it also does not work. I think for a big company as full throttle its unexceptable

On the 23rd of December 2017, I bought items from Full Throttle to the value exceeding R10 000. One of the items was a Alpine Star Andes V2 Drystar Waterproof jacket. I was aware of the fact that it is a Christmas special and that the shop does not have my size. I requested that they order a XXL for me to fit and the sales person advised that I would only have my jacket early January 2018. I insisted that I would start work in Johannesburg on the 8th of January 2018 and thus requested to have the jacket before the 8th. As the new year started, I went back to the shop as I have had no response from them. They then informed me that the suppliers where not opened yet and that they would only be open for orders from the 12th of January 2018. On the 15th of January 2018 I followed up with the shop and they indicated that they have ordered a jacket and that it would be here early February 2018. As early February came, I again followed up with the store and they said that the jacket had arrived. I then went to the store to fit the jacket, only to find that they have ordered a XL, instead of a XXL. The jacket did not fit over my sholders and they then said that they would order a XXL. Upon later follow up (again from my side), the sales person indicated that the jacket would be here mid March. On the 15th of March 2018 I followed up again and the sales person said that the jacket has not arrived. I asked to speak to a manager, in order to get more clarification on the situation. The manager then indicated to me that the suppliers take up to 3 months to get stock. I asked if I could please have my money back as I do not have my product, nor my money and this is three months later. The manager indicated that they do not do any refunds. I am aware of this face as I have also returned a product to Full Throttle before and have accepted a gift card in return. According to me, this situation is much different as I have not left the store with an item and then wanting to return it for a full refund. I have only left the store with no product and an empty wallet. Now all I am asking for is to have a full refund and the store is refusing it.

Bought helmet and numerous other items over R10 000 in total. Helmet worn once and found it to be slightly to big. Took it back to request exchange and was told that I have worn it and cannot be done. I understand the hygiene aspect of the product however wearing it once (for max 20 minutes) will surely not cause any issues. I did not want a refund and am prepared to pay in for another helmet if need be. Always buy from this retailer as they are the best in range and service but this dented my positive feeling about them.

I have been dealing with Donovan at Full Throttle in Edenvale for years and I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to him as I always receive five star service from him, he gets me the best stuff always and if there is anything I need that he does not have in stock, he will get it in the quickest time possible, and is a big help as I do not live in SA. Thank you Donovan, Its always a pleasure dealing with you.

I received the most best service I had in years with this company. Full Throttle Edenvale, the staff are so friendly and help full, specifically Donovan in the Spares department, he provided me with the right information for my bike, he ordered the part and the best of all was he stayed in contact with me regarding delivery on a daily / hourly basis. Thank you so much Donovan like I said you are a star. Wish more employees will have such a positive attitude and friendliness at work.
