FNB funeral policy scheme

Hi everyone I need your help in cancelling my FNB funeral policy and get my money back, I've been paying for a year but when I'm checking on my app history some months are not paid and I never missed any month and I've been enquiring about this they keep saying I shouldn't worry on their side it shows I payed but how? I have been having problems with the policy I have to check every time and even remind them to deduct as if they waiting for me to make a mistake and lapse my policy..so now all I want is some portion of my money and cancel the policy!!
