Ruined a night that was supposed to be amazing

<p>We ordered a party bus for our Matric Dance only to find it run down and a waste of money.</p> <p>The sound system did not work, turning the party bus  into basically just a bus. The USB did not work, the aux did not work and even the radio did not work.</p> <p>We were then accused of smoking despite being given permission to smoke twisp. </p> <p>Furthermore we were accused of breaking 4 glasses at breakage fee of R100 each thus adding up to a R400 charge, despite using our own plastic cups that we had brought on the bus.</p> <p>I was then told by the owner that we were not being honest about the breakage as we were drinking however I did not drink and was completely and absolutely sober the entire night.</p> <p>The driver was on his phone while driving which I might point out is illegal and irresponsible.</p> <p>We ended our bus trip an hour early as we were bored in the bus and unhappy with the service.</p> <p>We were treated as children despite being legal adults and the company refuses to reimburse us for wasting our time.</p> <p> </p>
