Wrong delivery address and Funky Tights Pants have a don't care attitude
I made an online purchase for a new funky pants tights, and the delivery note clearly indicates my NEW address. However, they sent my parcel to my old address. Despite emailing them about the issue yesterday, I have not receive a reply. It's disheartening to see such nonchalance from a business. They haven't made any effort to contact me back after my email, leaving me unable to receive my order which I will have to sort out and make arrangements to get my order but I paid for DELIVERY to my NEW address.

Complete con artists! No delivery / no refund / no response
Placed an order in March '17. Up until June, I was in communication where they alleged that the goods were held up at customs. Since then, no replies to my e-mails or Messenger. R990 owing, which is gone with the wind. Avoid them at ALL costs!

Complete con artists! No delivery / no refund / no response
Placed an order in March '17. Up until June, I was in communication where they alleged that the goods were held up at customs. Since then, no replies to my e-mails or Messenger. R990 owing, which is gone with the wind. Avoid them at ALL costs!

Scam.
I placed an order from funky tights inJune this year. I was informed delivery would be within 14 working days. Nothing. Upon following up, I was told of a supposed delay at customs and then offered various choices including apologies and a gift when the tights did arrive. It seemed sincere. But more than two months later the same story was repeatedly told over and over again re a "delay at customs". At this point my emails started being ignored. I requested a refund, but no reply. I resent this request many times. No reply. I sent an email to the Facebook page and made a comment on a post woth regards to my complaints and request for a refund. I was promptly blocked from the page. The site is no longer up and had no contact details. There is no contact for queries or grievances and absolutely no respone any more. This constitutes plain and simple theft. Do NOT order from funky tights unless you wish to have your money stolen. It seems to be a scam, however much they initially deny it.

No delivery of items and zero return on communications
Purchased two pairs of tights on line in May 2017, after a follow up after stipulated delivery date, the excuses started. I was prepared to be patient and waited a little longer. I contacted them again and got more excuses then no response. Now if you mail the messages bounce back and there is no way to make contact with company anymore. After assuring me in their original communication that they were not a scam, turns out that is exactly what they are.

Please promise me this is not a scam
I've ordered and paid R1700.00 stock from Funky Tights in April 2017. They did communicate, but suddenly no response of reply with regards to my order/refund. For me, that R1700.00 is allot and I please would like to know if anybody can help with telephone nr or anything so I can be sure I am not losing money.

I've ordered and paid R1700.00 stock from Funky Tights in April 2017. They did communicate, but suddenly no response of reply with regards to my order/refund. For me, that R1700.00 is allot and I please would like to know if anybody can help with telephone nr or anything so I can be sure I am not losing money.

I have posted many times about this in Hello Peter but nothing gets done.Funky Tights took my money and hasn't delivered 4 pairs of leggings.Order and payment was made in February 2017.They have blocked me on FaceBook and do not reply to mails.

Stole my money
I can't believe that after so many emails and calls since February I still don't have 4 pair of leggings nor do I have a refund.I am frustrated and now I can't reach them via email nor Facebook,nor via the phone.I don't know what to do next.No one seems to be able to help me.

They have taken payment and failed to deliver. They steal money. Do not use them. I have contacted Absa Fraud Hotline who know who these people are but they refuse to help. Absa are accomplices in the theft of our money as they are facilitating this companies fraudulent activities. ABSA AND FUNKY TIGHTS ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO STEAL MONEY. How can Absa be aware of this activity and still condone and support this account and company.
