I deposited money into the account ordering 10 Party packs and 10 cupcakes. Ivan asked to make me cupcakes a month before and deposited the money two weeks before my daughters birthday at first when she was supposed to do the deliver she gave me an excuse that her phone broke and she via her old laptop. She texted me two days later telling me her excuses as always and I told her to pay me back the money, She then sent me the address of her lives Which was incorrect and when she promised to deliver on Monday she gave me an excuse that the boxes for the Yedwa finished so she needs to get the boxes for the party packs and then she’ll send it to my Daughters school on Monday when I texted her she never got back to me at all I think I took her for a week and I never got response from her I just gave up.

Scam!!! Croo**** BEWARE!!!
<p>On 31 May 2016, he sent us a quote for the manufacturing and installation of specified furniture under reference PROFREF225.</p> <p> </p> <p>We accepted the quote and, by doing so, entered into a contract with him in terms whereof he would manufacture and install the specified furniture at our residence on or before close of business on 7 July 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>We complied with our obligations in terms of the contract by paying you a deposit of R17,000.00 on 5 June 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>He failed to comply with your obligations in terms of the contract by failing to either manufacture and/or install all of the specified furniture at our residence on or before close of business on 7 July 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>As from 7 July 2016, he had been in breach of the contract. This is also evident from the hordes of correspondence we had, one of which he state that “I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused, I really did not see any of this coming so eventually I found a solution around everything”.</p> <p> </p> <p>We, in full reservation of our rights, granted them extensions of time to rectify your breach to 20 July, 27 July, 1 August and 8 August 2016 respectively.</p> <p> </p> <p>His foreman (Greg) eventually installed some of the agreed furniture at our residence on 10 August 2016. Horrible plywood cupboards with no handles, poor design and overall shoddy finishes.</p> <p> </p> <p>The furniture that they installed was not the specified furniture, in that you installed furniture that was not the specified furniture – the furniture described in quotation that we accepted.</p> <p> </p> <p>You are a liar and thief JOSHUA DAVID PEREIRA – I don’t know how you sleep at night… You better hold on to your hat you scamster – I am coming for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

If your company was going under, why would you continue to advertise and accept cash from people if you knew that you could NOT deliver?!</p> <p> </p> <p>You took R20'000 from me and more from other "clients",,, I am still waiting for the payments you promised me.</p> <p> </p> <p>You told me that you would do 3 seperate payments to recover my money.</p> <p>Thereafter you never replied to my emails and changed your contact number.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do you keep on going on with excuses?? Its disgusting</p> <p> </p> <p>You had no option but to liquidate as this issue is getting out of control. Otherwise you would keep going and just accept money (deposits) for items or services you know you have no intention of providing!</p> <p> </p> <p>You know who I am and I want MY (not yours) money back.</p>

My personal side to my Story
<p>As I am aware the company has gone under liquidation and is no longer running. We are registered with SARS and have a registration number where large amount of money was stolen due to company card being cloned, trying to explain to client who won't understand a these are business ethics we are inclined not to tell our external clients. I have made payment arrangements but Liquidation was the only option to close the company completely. I've also had clients in Johannesburg and PTA who refused to pay after installation while in Cape Town recovering from me being ill laying in Constantia Mediclinic where doctors records are proven correct to the date and time given. I have been suffering for a very long time and by clients making it harder for me doesn't help me recover well. There are more to than what meets the eye knowing these allegations are false. I will be in touch with my lawyer about these matters of false allegations and have taken down a few names. I will definitely keep in touch as I always with another private number I am now using but as the threats got violent threatening my family i have decided to changed my number, due to the amount of threats my health got worse so I made the decision to liquidate where all monies owed it can be voluntary or a full on liquidation with sequistration where I don't owe anyone. many thanks. I have a normal Day Job an I do not Con anyone, how you think is how you are. I would like to be left alone until this process has been completed. My health issues have nothing to do with Anyone on here, shoul you need further info get a Supoena to release that info.</p>

Company Liquidation
<p>I am in Contact with Joshua as his company is being Liquidated. These records have been proven to be correct. I bought a lounge suite and was asked for more time to finish it, I have received my lounge suite but am dissapointed he is closing down for good.</p>
