Very bad service I bought items on lay bye from crown mines branch know I'm finished with lay bye I'm supposed to collect my items they saying they out of stock I`ve been doing follow up now and again they still don't have proper feedback. Poor service I'll never buy again

Pathetic service from this company, never buying anything from them ever again. Staff and Mangers don't care about they customers satisfaction.

I swear, It's my last time buying from them! Absolutely unprofessional. How can you wait a whole week for a base, a base! I never said I want them to make a base for me, I said I am buying a base. There is a huge difference in that. Now my guests have to sleep on the floor. All their warehouses are out of stock on something they put on sale. How does that make sense? When you call them they don't give you a proper answer. I just want to cancel my order and go buy a bed set somewhere else!

On the 3rd of November 2025, we sent our grey couch in for repairs which we were told would take 14 working days. We then received a call after numerous follow ups on the 1st of December 2025 from Bester, the salesperson that the couch was in the suppliers warehouse and got water damage. We were told that we will be receiving a brand new couch but not in the same grey colour, but in BROWN. I then complained to Bester and was told that when the grey couch is back in stock, it will be replaced. On the 9th of December 2025, I received a call from the Bester saying that they have a grey couch and would like to deliver it and do the exchange. We then proceeded with the exchange. We then noticed there was a hole in the couch. I contacted Bester on the 10th of December 2025 and sent him the picture of the hole in the couch. He then called me said that this is the exact original couch we had previously and it was not a brand new couch as told. This couch had water damage and could not be repaired. Now apparently, this couch did not have water damage. This back and forth and lies from Bester and the customer service is unacceptable and ridiculous. I paid so much for this couch to receive such lies and deception from Furniture Liquidation Warehouse. We will never buy from this company again. They are not honest. This is very disappointing. My husband and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a corner couch on the 25th of August, made a payment in the morning and im really happy about the same day delivery, my couch was delivered around 7 in the evening because i requested for anytime after 4 delivery, well the L-couch is lovely and the quality is not that bad.

I placed an order for a couch to be made on 30/04/2025, deposit paid. I emailed and asked about lead times and ETA's every few days, then on 10 May I receive this email " Good day Bianca Kindly note its 4-6 weeks to 6-8weeks like i had specified on our previous emails However the order has been put through , regards " Followed up again on week 5 - o sorry the supplier does not have any feedback as they said they did not receive the order. I will never again make use of this company!!

i bought furniture from this company and they were of poor quality. i then returned the furniture and got an exchange. the exchange was of poor quality as well. the furniture did not last 2 years. i decided to return the furniture as i have been informing that all the time about the quality of their furniture. after returning the furniture they are now refusing to give back my money. they are saying that the guarantee has expired. this guys furniture is real poor quality and poor service. the agents are only concerned with your money when you buy. After sales they don't care and they can be very rude sometimes.

i bought furniture from this company and they were of poor quality. i then returned the furniture and got an exchange. the exchange was of poor quality as well. the furniture did not last 2 years. i decided to return the furniture as i have been informing that all the time about the quality of their furniture. after returning the furniture they are now refusing to give back my money. they are saying that the guarantee has expired. this guys furniture is real poor quality and poor service. the agents are only concerned with your money when you buy. After sales they don't care and they can be very rude sometimes.
