I (Mrs A. Gray ) bought my Toyota in 1995. I want to mention Eugene for his excellent service & his friendly manner even when in under pressure. Since day 1 i have had exceptional Service & ongoing to my Pensioner days. The have Coffees, ****ins, or crunchies while you wait for the available driver to take you home. Driver Max also excellent as he remembered our address from long ago. Genuine & reliable & nothing is ever too much trouble.

Service department - excellent services. I took my Auris is with overheating problem - Diagnose the issue as Thermostat. Car was done overnight and next morning Saturday I received my car back working as a Toyota should be without problems

Took my vehicle for service and got absolutely kak service from Meghan who was the service consultant from the time I dropped my car off to the time i picked it up. She is not friendly and didn't smile even once. I told her that my service book was not stamped at the 45000 service and she was insisting that I didn't do it at fury Toyota Darrenwood until I had to so her myself then she stamped it didn't even apologize for insisting something that I am telling her I know. I saw other consultants giving their clients gifts and me I got nothing not good friendly service and not even a smile. WOW. I paid for my service 2900 and something plus 1900 and something for brake pads but get kak service. Is it because I am not White or what because every other client there today was white getting gifts and smiles. Meghan made me come pick up my car twice and the first time didn't apologize for making me come there for nothing when my car was not ready. Little old coloured me Zero nothing even something that is free like a smile after taking my almost R5000. Thanks for nothing Meghan and Toyota Darrenwood the only nice person there was the driver who was a black man. Meghan is the worse consultant I dealt with in a while. Thank u driver u a star.

Took my Toyota Corolla for a service...Great service....These guys never disappoint....Used them many years back when I had a Toyota Verso-Still great service, friendly and professional.....They deserve to win more awards from Toyota SA!

Darrenwood Toyota have been servicing our Toyota vehicles since I bought a previously owned Corolla from them in 2005. During the last 15 years they have looked after the above mentioned Corolla, a Camry and a Yaris, efficiently and without fuss. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and without fail there is always at least one followup phone call from the dealership to check that all is in order. Often you get a second call from Toyota head office, to confirm that we are happy. This is in contrast to dealings we have had with some other motor workshops (for non Toyota cars) and I can only say that more often than not, we come away with a foul taste in the mouth.

Darrenwood Toyota have been servicing our Toyota vehicles since I bought a previously owned Corolla from them in 2005. This **** dealership serviced my car in a rush. Then the car started giving me issues. Michelle Lombard was my service advisor, she then asked me to come in over the weekend. When I came in she was not there and the Indian guy sitting at reception was very rude. What a disgrace. They take long to answer calls and their service manager gives poor advice.
