Future Gold Kruger Rands

I bought Kruger Rands at Future Gold, when I bought them I was told that once paid, I have an option of either collecting them myself of asking Future Gold to courier them for me. I wanted to collect them myself and they now say I should pay R599.00 for the courier which is a lot of money that I don't have. They say Kruger Rands are kept at their Head office, not sure what is not feasible for me to go to their offices to collect them myself. Its cheaper for me to collect them myself.
