Scammed by future gold

I bought Kruger rand in 2019 with future gold. They said I may sell it whenever I need to. Since last year October I contacted the company asking the procedure of selling the coin. They said I may sell back to them. I asked a quotation but since then they never answer my phone and emails. I was dealing with their salesperson by the name of Aron. I am starting to suspect that this mighty be a scam. Anyone to help me.
