FWJK Obs Court

I have been in my unit at Obs Court for a month and am so happy to be living here!

The building is still new, with snags currently being fixed and a bit of dust, but if you can see past that, you really can appreciate how great the building is. From the convenient in-house gym, to the Seattle Coffee shop, to the central location of the development. I just couldn't ask for a better place to live as a young professional as it only takes me 8 minutes to get to my job in the CBD. It also takes just as quick to get to the Southern Suburbs.

The building is managed by Pam Golding. The cleaning and security company both have employees that are very friendly and have been helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. The building has bio-metric access for on-foot and car access, and they have additional security in the form of roller shutters for after hours. I always feel safe even when leaving very early in the morning, or arriving home late.

Finally, FWJK have been very quick to arrange the fixing of any snags in my unit. Very happy client.
