I can't trade on my FXGM account. I can’t buy, sell or withdraw my money. I have tried every day to get help and have several open tickets, no correspondence from FXGM. It keeps giving me an invalid user error. I can’t deposit money into my account and have lost several thousand already. Customer support is the worst. Had to reach out to another service, they helped me out. FXGM needs to be question by the authority.
