<p>I purchased a service kit from G-drive. They only notified me after I had paid in full that one of the parts i required which was a pollen filter would only be delivered in a weeks time. I could not wait for the part and therefore requested a refund as i had already paid for the parts. I was told numerous times by Bruce through countless phone calls and more than 15 emails that I would be paid my refund fee of R561.94 however to no avail. Now the landline number does even go through and I can only wonder if he still reads my email requests for my refund.</p> <p>DONT EVER BUY OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THAT SITS AND STEALS PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY !</p>

Never received refund
<p>Second review I'm adding, since the first was flagged as "Inappropriate".</p> <p> </p> <p>Ordered some parts from Bruce at G-Drive. After dozens of emails and phone calls, parts were delivered after I bought the same parts somewhere else (since I need my car). Confirmed that I would be refunded if I sent them back, paid for courier to send the parts back. Been waiting for my refund since 1 Feb (about 2.5 months now).</p> <p> </p> <p>Best avoid Bruce and G-Drive. Use Bemow.</p>

<p>I order many parts from G-Drive Automotive</p> <p>Bruce Haralambous is helpful, friendly and very knowledgable.</p> <p> </p> <p>The website online catalogue is extremely user friendly and rivals any BMW parts system I have used to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>As they mainly deal in O.E.M brands, my life could not be easier when dealing with them.</p>

Excellent Service - Friendly Staff - Items as advertised
<p>I would just like to say thank you to Bruce Haralambous at G-Drive Automotive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased an electric fan from them for my BMW 6-series.</p> <p>Not only were there prices cheaper than anywhere else, but I also recieved the item as promised on the date promised.</p> <p>(Had previously ordered a second hand one from someone and it ended up being a stuggle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much for all your help.</p>
