G spot 94 Accommodation.

I would like to warn everyone about this place.It has false information when it comes to pictures.It not luxury as it looks. We are a family of 8, we are coming from durban.We came all the way from Durban ,to spend one of the birthdays here. We found this place in a dirty condition,it very unpleasant to stay with .The place it not what is showing on the pictures it filthy dirty.We spoke with the manager Refilwe ,to ask her to book a new place for us ,since the accommodation it not how it looks like as seen on the pictures. The manager did not even have empathy for us ,she just said that we didn't pay her and the money is with booking.com .We called booking.com and explained the situation and they promised to refund us. Now they have send us an email saying that it canceled but we will get the money back 7-12days . The problem is that we now already in joburg in a place that we don't know ,we stranded and we need a place to stay for these 2nights. Can you please help us in this situation .They even hosted people for the funeral here ,for all the days we booked as well.The receptionist here said that the owner old told her yesterday about us coming ,while she is hosting people for the funeral for 3days ,same bookings with us.Please help us here ,the email address Secretgardenat94@gmail.com and the number of the property is 0824984111.
