I had never dealt with them before and I never will again. They are operating a shady business that is not really selling the software to you but selling someone else's account on a site. Bought Heroes of Might and Magic 7 from them, at least I thought. I was not provided with a key for the game but with someone's account from Argentina ( I am in US) along with their email account likely just set up for this transfer. When I finally did get the game, took a couple days, the game was in Chinese or some similar language. Contacted Ubisoft about changing language and it appears they license products in different languages for different areas. Cannot change language to one outside that area. There were three choices none of which I could read. G2A was worthless in contacting, just kept telling me they were closing my case. Tried getting a refund through Paypal and that failed also. Stay away from them unless you want to donate money. Try Steam or GOG.
