GABAR Security- Disgraceful, Disgusting, Dishonest.

GABAR Security in Kraaifontein Cape Town...

So this is what you have to deal with when GABAR SECURITY owners don't pay their Guards 3 to 4 months, then they come with kitchen knife to the office and the office staff is facing danger.

Some Guards come with their family and sit in front of the office and begging for their money that they have worked for, the wife's and children crying outside. 😢

Other guard just steal from the companies they they look after on their shifts.

I have once helped a lady guard that was not paid for 3 months with R600 that have been put out of her house by her landlord. She never got her salary and I have also not got my money back...

The "Owners" deny like always everything. One of the reasons we had to leave our life's is not worth the salaries and time we have put in.

I have never worked for a company that has such a high staff turnover, they are now running out of legal certified Guards and have to recruit alien Guards NON Certified.

On my last 2 months with the company I have done a Tender Application for a big company that make pallets for fruit and veg farmers, they have not realized that this was a tender and had all the pressure on me once they have realized the urgency.

They have been granted the tender after a bribe or 2 🤔 I will leave it at that.

So if GABAR SECURITY is your choice of security services make sure you do your research and speak to the rest of the other companies to see what they experience are with GABAR.

There are so much more to say about this company but I just get angry 😠 😡 thinking about what they do and how they treat the employees.

Don't say I have not warned you ⚠️☣⚠️☣⚠️
