Gaea HK holdings limited lacks good customer service and will rip you off.

Purchase 29.99 in-app purchase using Google play and it didn't post, but Google shows pay.ent made with Tim, date, and to them. Filed complaint and Japer from Gaea mobile customer service told me 7 days later that it never went through. Google says it did and I can't get Google refund because it's greater than 48hours. Told Japer and he tells me Google has to refund. Google says developer of app. Now I am getting *****ed of 2100 gem purchase plus promotional 1050 gems. Gaea is not standing up for the error and customer should be right and they can pursue Google play if payment error was made. Blaine Brock
