They sold me a defective aux adapter for an iPhone (date: 09 September 2021). Upon returning it (date: 11 September 2021), I was told I will not receive a refund. Even though I returned it 2 days after purchase. Shop U36 @Eastgate (the cell accessory stoll at the bottom of the food court staircase)

I purchased a hoverboard at Galaxy Cellular in Bruma and a few weeks after purchase it stopped working. When I took it back for warranty I was told there is no warranty and the wire in the one wheel is damaged and I need to pay for repair. I was told that I must have damaged it with a rock or something. I explained that it is used indoors on tile floors only and not possible to get to the wire to cut it or damage it. I also mentioned that it was on the floor out of a box as a demo unit when I bought it. It was put back inside the box when it was purchased as they only had 2 on the floor. The phone was put down on me and nobody answered when I called back. I tried to get hold of the store owner before lodging a complaint on hellopeter and was advised he is overseas and I won't be able to talk to him. Just be aware when buying/repairing at this store.
