Terribly cheap workmanship and labour in Blue Lake Estate. 1) inadequate understanding of the South African property building specs and requirements
I purchased this property and moved in 1st December. There's forever issues here and it doesn't seem like anyone knows how to fix anything. The mosiac in the shower looks like it's 20 years old. They only came to redo the mosiac in the last two weeks. Made dirty and left my place so untidy. In the one shower water was standing and overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The other shower the edging is so sharp and the cement is all over the place and created dust all over. I was told in December the staff is on leave but from January it's pathetic the service. From the agent, to maintenance, to management There's no help. It was just all about selling this property. The geyser was endless problems cold water shower most of the time. They take your kindness for weakness here. Keep saying sorry but they ain't the ones that is suffering. The other day my property was entered without my permission. Doesn't mean you have a key to the property, they can walk in and out. I have pictures and videos of this place. We was experiencing no water and when there was water we had cold water. I have a lung problem and put up with this. They don't care about complaints. I made a list of complaints from the time we moved and I am at my peek in keep explaining myself. Please my advice to you go buy at another development, don't buy here and end up in the same situation. I have evidence of everything that is taking place here. They come and disturb you whilst it's time for you to rest or during your work, yet there's no permanent fix to anything. Not recommended
The development’s property called Blue Lake Estate in Blue Hills is not up to standard. I don’t recommend buying here. The security is a concern with car tyres being slashed in parking lots and apartments being broken into, constant water and electricity outages, you can’t go two weeks without either water or electricity outages. It’s definitely not a good buy.

Not recommended
The development’s property called Blue Lake Estate in Blue Hills is not up to standard. I don’t recommend buying here. The security is a concern with car tyres being slashed in parking lots and apartments being broken into, constant water and electricity outages, you can’t go two weeks without either water or electricity outages. It’s definitely not a good buy.

Inquiry About Levies, Rates and Financial Stability at Blue Lake, Midrand
Hi Guys I need advice from home owners at Blue lake Midrand. I am looking to buy an apartment there but I am worried about unexpected hikes of levies and rates due to non payment of other home owners. How are the financial statements looking so far ? And has it been any increases ? Are there measures put in place in terms of recovering debts from those in errors to ensure that home owners that pay their levies and rates are not affected?

First home purchase with tumi tala
My first ever home purchase was such a smooth sailing process , the agent Tumi Tala managed to find me the exact apartment I wanted , down to every specification detail I asked for. And the lawyers boshoff Inc kept constant communication with me to update regularly on the purchase process. I am highly greatful for them absolutely appreciate all the work everyone put in. This was the best descion ever! Coming from work having to come home to a luxury home I own and absolutely adore is the best feeling ever. Guys if you want the best buying experience tumi Tala is the one ! Don't say I didn't play you!

Good investment
I bought a unit from an agent Boitshoko Tala at Villa La Seule. At the beginning I was very frustrated because there are lots of problems, if it is not loosing cupboards, then it is leaking pipe, or have no hot water at the unit. Fortunately, my agent is really helpful, she always came to me when I had complaints and she trying her best to resolve the issue for me. Now after 1 and half year buying that place, I already have an offer to sale this property more than 100K from my originally purchase price, that is amazing.

Good investment
I bought a unit from an agent Boitshoko Tala at Villa La Seule. Top finishing but hard to maintain
I purchased a unit at Galencia properties, the first time I saw the property I fell in love immediately. the landscape, the space, the safety steel entrance door, the unique wooden indoors etc, everything there is top classic. however, when it comes to maintenance, it is becoming difficult to find similar things to change in SA. i had broken door handles and had issue with entrance door which need to be replaced. I tried to find the handles and entrance door lock everywhere but failed. I was very desperate. thanks for Junaid the sales manager, he managed to help to sort out for me. I really hope Galencia should consider getting more stock to help their clients.
