I would not recommend anyone to use or trust Galliga. I took my car to them in January 2025 for a left suspension repair. It took them the entire month to fix my car, and they placed all the blame on my insurer. Two to three months after getting my car back, I started hearing a strange noise coming from the side they had repaired and that’s when my nightmare began. I took the car back to them, and they told me everything was fine, even though they did not assess the car properly. The only thing they did was take it for wheel alignment. A few weeks later, I returned with the same complaint, and once again, they did nothing except wheel alignment. During my first visit, they said they couldn’t find the problem but suspected that the insurer had sent aftermarket parts. On my second visit, they claimed my tyres were worn out and that this was causing the noise. I repeatedly told them that the sound was clearly metal grinding against metal. I even took one of their technicians on a test drive, and he claimed he couldn’t hear anything wrong. Weeks later, I managed to record a video while driving so I could have evidence for court, since the matter now has to be dealt with by the legal team. I sent them the video and took my car back again. As I’m writing this, I still have not received my car 11 full months of dealing with the same left suspension problem. I have wasted so much petrol driving back and forth, and none of it has been reimbursed. During all these visits, I met two other clients complaining about the poor workmanship on their cars. unfortunately, I can't attach a video to this review. I hope this review helps someone out there.

We as customers solemnly give recognition and appreciation where its due, what an amazing experience Galliga provided. Keep up the great work Shirley and Team. I will definitely be returning in the future, for those who don't share the same sentiments as I do, please Galliga show them who you truly are, because I know you can.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Galliga Autobody from start to finish. Shirley kept me well informed and updated at all times. Would definitely recommend them!!

I would like to share my experience with Galliga Autobody panel beaters, OMG i have never been to a panel beaters and find such friendly staff members, they are so professional, friendly and respectful, they don't look at their customers as clients, they treated me the way i would like to be treated, they kept their word about finishing my car by the end of the week saving me money for a car hire because i don't have the option for car hire with my insurance, my car is perfect it was as if nothing happened to it, thanks to them my car is perfect.

I received confirmation for Outsurance that Galliga Auto had received authorisation to repair my vehicle on the 11th March. I heard nothing from them for a week and so I contacted Outsurance on the 18th March for a contact and called Galliga on the 18th March when I received the contact details from Outsurance. Helen at Galliga apologised for not getting back to me and promised that the workshop man John would call me. On the 19th I called again and was told that John is off sick and they would get him to call me when he is back. Today, the 20th March I called again and she said he was in a meeting and would call me when he came out. Like a ***ard, he got some lady in the office to call me and she said she can make a booking for the 22 April. That is in 1 months time. Her excuse was that they had a buyout of the company and were trying to play catchup with all the files. UNACCEPTABLE, Why not tell me the truth when I first called. I think is is not all truthful.

Great Service from Umkombe Autobody Repair Business in Boksburg, We dropped our Porsche Boxter off with the team and and received daiy status updates with photos of the repair in progress. (The car is 25 years old)- Christina kept us informed and the the team was very helpful. During final assesment we identified a problem with the retractable roof on the vehicle. The team identified the problem and it was fixed within 10 minutes. The overall experienced was exemplorary and we subsequently even decided to send our Lumina SSV in for touch up paint work and minor dent removals. Great team and good quality work
