SCAM OR NOT SCAM

After paying deposit. Delivery was scheduled for 9 am on the 27th July 2020. After numerous attepts at phoneing the office number i outright told them on the whatsapp communication that i reckon im being scammed. The truck apparently already left they replied......however im still waiting 4 hours later and no delivery for a 50 km drive. Still no answer or replies from anyone. O but they jump if you want to go make a case. I truely believe this is a scam. I would love a phone call from the owner to tell me different.
