Garage Door Repairs 24/7 -No Service Delivery - Unprofessional Business Conduct.
Garage Door Repairs 24/7 The most unprofessional "company" I have ever dealt with. Garage Door Repairs 24/7 quoted to repair my door panel which I accepted. They did not deliver as quoted. When I requested my door panel to be returned, their true colours of their business operation was revealed. I have not had my garage door panel returned - more than a month now. From the reception to the management, they have no idea of customer relations, service-delivery, and customer satisfaction. They operate in a very ***** and secretive way, no physical address for their workshop and offices, no company registration no. on their letterhead, no proper and full names of their personnel. They also appear to use subcontracted technicians with unmarked vehicles as part of this scheme. They are very evasive on the telephone and sometimes do not return calls or answer their phones. They are sometimes rude on the telephone and lie to cover for their service non-delivery. This is a heads-up for anyone who may want to use or do business for these ***** operators.

Poor service delivery
Still no refund and no garage door u claim u cant refund me as u don't have another client that want to buy the stock standard white door, u don't respond on phone calls and u don't respond on messages. please prove to be a reputable business and deliver the garage door owed to me.

Horrible follow up service - Complete door failure 3 months after service
The first time I contacted them for a service on our door, the response time and call out was quick. Now 3 months later the door stopped working completely (after spending R8500.00 to 'service' it in June. I contacted them to come out again, been over a week... no communication, no team sent out. Follow up service is horrible!!

I made a 70% deposit for the installation of a garage door and motor. They were supposed to do the installation 2 days later. It's now more than a month and still nothing!!! They are ****mers and *******. Stay away!! They also go under Mafia garage doors etc. Excuse after excuse. When you ask them for their address, they won't give it to you!!! STAY AWAY

Worst garage door service
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. I have had to call them out 5 times to fix their own work, and each time the service has been worse. Missed appointments, no communication, and total disregard for my time. When I finally spoke to the manager, he was always aware of what was going on. Eventually they claimed my motor was faulty—even though it worked fine before their repairs—and then tried to sell me a new one. They took my motor to run a diagnostic, kept it for a week and wanted to charge me a call-out fee just to reinstall it, which was never communicated upfront. Guarantees mean nothing here. When I paid for their service I had to do an immediate payment - the word immediate does not feature in their service.

I requested a quote to have my garage door panel repaired, and after a month of waiting and repeated excuses, the job is still not done. This company continues to give the same excuses to all their customers—either they’re fully booked or their driver has been in an accident. At this point, I can no longer trust them to deliver the service I paid for. I would not recommend anyone spend their hard-earned money supporting such an unreliable business. All I am asking for now is a refund, as I have given them more than enough time to source the required stock and complete the work.

found them on the Internet, www.garagedoorrepairs247.co.za Tax Id : 2019/159757/07 // VAT : 4480295932. after paying a deposit, and having been promised installation the next day, they kept on postponing everyday for a week, providing excuses about bakkies broken down, technician being held up, etc. when they finally arrived, had brought the wrong size roller door. after finally installing, it broke after two days. called them to come repair and now they ignore all correspondence.

Poor service and unprofessional conduct.
We used Garage Door Repairs 247 for assistance with our garage motor. They collected the motor on the 20th of May, and after we declined their quote, we paid the call-out fee as they required and requested the motor to be returned. As of today, it still has not been returned. We followed up numerous times, and each response came with a different excuse — fully booked schedules, a vehicle accident, and even that the technician who collected the motor no longer works there. Calls were ignored, messages went unanswered or delayed, and there was zero urgency or accountability. We’ve been left without a functioning garage for over two weeks, with no sign of resolution. The service we received was careless, frustrating, and entirely unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this company. Proceed with caution if you're considering using their services.
